1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Launchbarr's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Launchbarr provides marketing services for contractors, including website development, Google Maps optimization, paid advertising, and social media management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Payments and Billing

Services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. There are no long-term contracts. You are responsible for paying all charges associated with your account.

4. Guarantees and Refunds

We offer a 7-day live guarantee. If your system is not live within 7 days of your approval, you are entitled to a full refund of your first month's payment.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Launchbarr. However, the assets we build for you (like your website and ad accounts) are yours to use as long as you maintain an active subscription.
